Trader parking is available at the venue, easy access for loading in and out and all on one level.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe Village Hall comprises of 3 spaces. The Main Hall and 2 adjoining spaces (studio rooms) all linked together.Flock2 Artisan will designate pitches in advance and has final decision on the space allocated.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 will provide Tea, Coffee Etc and Cordial for all sellers and a microwave will be available in the kitchen. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eBookings are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by Flock2.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 cant guarantee footfall or sales but are committed to promoting the events to make them as successful as possible. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 will, when practicable not duplicate stalls, although there may occasionally be some limited crossover. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 will prioritise traders who book a regular pitch.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 will market the event on social media, display a banner at the venue and in a prominent location within the village boundary \u0026amp; posters advertising the event will be distributed to shops and public buildings within the surrounding areas.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFlock2 have the right not to accept a booking.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"default-style\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ePlease email with pictures of a small selection of what  you sell and if possible a picture of your setup, this will be for social media once the booking is confirmed.
